SHIPPING POLICY

Overview

All eligible purchases will be shipped via Canada Post. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing. Once an order has been processed, all shipping costs are non-refundable. Should there be a discrepancy with the inventory, you will be notified with the options to hold the order until inventory becomes available, exchange item(s) for something in-stock or cancel your order for a full refund.

Local Pick-Up
Should you choose, your purchase can be picked up at our shop during regular business hours. Please allow 24 hours for order processing.

This option may be mandatory at checkout if you are purchasing goods that have restricted shipping. These include:

  • Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® and Lacquer from November to April (risk of freezing)
  • Fusion™ Stain & Finishing Oil
  • Fusion™ Gel Stain
  • Fusion™ Odourless Solvent
  • Zinsser BIN

Domestic
Shipping times will vary depending on the parcel’s destination and the capacity of the shipping provider. The Painted Pineapple is not responsible for delayed, lost, damaged or stolen goods.

International
All import, custom and duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.

Once your parcel is shipped, you will received an email confirming its departure and tracking information if available.

Returns & Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning and/or exchanging a purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Consider using a trackable service if returning a parcel valued over $50. The Painted Pineapple is not responsible if we do not receive your item(s).

Abandoned Local Pick-Up Orders

Items will be held for 60 days. During this time, we will attempt to contact you twice should the pick-up be delayed. If after 60 days the parcel remains uncollected and you have not contacted us, the items will be restocked at your own cost. No refunds.
